How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are fully covered, so there are no additional delivery fees at checkout, regardless of your location.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

When will I get my order?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details. You can also track your order at any time via the “Track My Order” page on our website.

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. If your package hasn’t arrived after 14 days, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders are processed and forwarded to our warehouse immediately, which means we’re unable to cancel them once placed. If you still wish to cancel your order, you can contact us at returns@runway34.com.

After your order arrives, you may return the item to receive a refund. Please include your order number in your email so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Will customs fees apply to my order?

Import VAT and customs duties may apply on delivery. These are charged by your local customs or courier (usually VAT plus brokerage fee).

How do the LED lights work on the LED models?

The LED lights are activated by voice or touch control. You can turn them on by making a sound, clapping, or gently tapping the model. Once activated, the lights stay on for approximately 20 seconds before automatically turning off.

How do I charge the LED models?

Each LED model features a built-in rechargeable battery and can be charged using a standard USB cable.

Please charge the model with care and avoid overcharging or using high-power fast chargers, as this may affect battery performance and lifespan.

Is a charger included with the LED models?

No, a USB power adapter is not included. You can use any standard USB charger, such as a phone adapter, power bank, or laptop USB port.
